Q. What time can I check in?
A. 2pm or by arrangement with Lyn

Q. Can I arrive late?
A. Yes, but please arrange with the manager when you contact her/him re: handover of the keys.

Q. Do you have undercover parking?
A. Yes, we have one double lock up garage at the front, and ample onsite parking (Not recommended to park on the street, due to an occasional stray golf ball)

Q. Are your rooms non-smoking?
A. Yes, both the House and Unit are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.

Q. Do you have a restaurant or room service?
A. No, but we have a light continental breakfast included, or cooked breakfast packs can be arranged for extra. (Gympie has many restaurants, and eating facilities within a 5 minute drive please see our Local Attractions tab for some suggestions from previous guests).

Q. Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A. No, we apologise in advance.

Q. Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A. We have a large verandah with BBQ, accessible from both the unit or the house, and a large garden and lawned area. The golf course is located across from the house.

Q. Do you have a gym?
A. No, although Gympie has several fitness centres.

Q. How close are you to the shops?
A. Approx. 5 minutes from the centre of Gympie CBD and less to other specialist shops - feel free to ask our manager for any help in locating your shopping needs.

Q. How close are you to restaurants?
A. Mary River Motor Inn has a restaurant, and is within walking distance from the house, and check with the Golf Club as they have set meals only a 1 minute walk from home. Gympie has many other wonderful eating facilities, see our Local Attractions Tab.

Q. Do you have Austar?
A. Yes, the house also has a DVD player and stereo.

Q. Do you have any cooking facilities?
A. Yes, these include a full sized stove and oven, a BBQ, microwave and dishwasher for cleanup.

Q. Is there a laundry service?
A. No, but you are provided with all your towels and linen. The house has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q. How do I guarantee my booking?
A. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due at least a week before our stay.
